He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Construction, Consultancy, Contract and Project Management. He is also Fellow / Members of IOV, IEI, PVAI, VA, RICS, AIEVA, VOA, ACCE(I), ECI, CEV, IITArb, Having got involved himself in offering services for Valuations, Consultancies for Project Management, Constructions, Contracts and timely execution of various projects has earned him good reputation; trust in the field by creating a demand and name for him to reckon with. Mr Devaraj entered the field of Valuations in the year 1995 and is registered with Department of Income tax and is also on the panel of Valuers on the list maintained by National / Multinational Banks and other financial institutions and has been since providing the services on demand for the needy customers deputed by the Banks / Financial institutions.
Having got the wind of lesser service providers in the field of Real Estate sector, the zeal and enthusiasm in him got him to foray in to the field of Real Estate / Property Development and Investments. Mr Devaraj is extensively giving his expertise in survey, formation and setting up of new layouts and infrastructure apart from guiding the prospective sellers and buyers with good investments
